Top Lighting Online does not accept change-of-mind returns. Please choose your products carefully.
For any items in your order that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the form below. Please provide as much information as possible. Collection and inspection of the faulty or damaged goods will then be arranged.
Damaged or faulty items will be replaced at no expense only if the item was, or became, damaged or faulty through no fault of your own. We will only replace or exchange items, no refunds.
